Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for software testing design, scripting, and execution for various applications. The individual should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, and diverse technologies. The individual will work closely with Product Specialists, Functional Specialists, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking/reporting results, troubleshooting, and coordinating defect resolution. The individual should have a strong understanding of the QA lifecycle and methodology
Major Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze the requirements.
- Gain a good understanding of the existing functionalities of various applications/products
- Plan, design, develop, and implement test scenarios and test cases based on project requirements.
- Prepare automation test scripts for different modules
- Must get the test cases/scripts reviewed and incorporate the review comments
- Execute test cases/scripts and report the defects/bugs in a clear and concise manner
- Identifying and resolving the bugs raised by the customers in the stipulated time.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the product
- Deliver tasks within expected and committed due dates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Knowledge of manual testing
- Any Degree
- Good knowledge of accounting and preparing the balance sheet
- Worked on accounting packages like Tally etc. is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 60% throughout academics
